Bohoostel is a hostel in Bologna offering shared dormitories and private rooms in a modern and social environment.
These terms apply to all stays at our hostel:

⚠️ Important Information

Before your stay, please note:

• Check-in outside the indicated hours is not possible
• Female dormitories are reserved for female guests only
• Payment is required at check-in
• City tax is not included
• A valid ID is required (driving licences are not accepted)

🕑 Check-in

Check-in is available from 14:00.

Latest check-in times:

• Sunday – Wednesday: until 22:30
• Thursday – Saturday: until 00:00

Check-in outside these hours is not possible.

⏰ Check-out

Check-out must be completed by 10:30.
Late check-out is not available.

🧳 Luggage Storage

Luggage storage is available from 09:00 at a cost of €10.
It is not possible to leave luggage before this time.

Please note: if the keys are not returned at check-out, a €20 fee will be charged to cover the replacement of the lock.

💳 Payments

If not prepaid, payment is required at check-in.

We accept:

• credit/debit cards
• cash
• Satispay

A valid credit card is required as a guarantee.
The property may pre-authorize the credit card prior to arrival.
Bank transfers are accepted only for groups or agencies.

Additional information:

Group bookings may be subject to specific conditions communicated directly by the property. A security deposit may be required at the property’s discretion.

🧾 City Tax

City tax is not included and must be paid at the property.
The amount is set according to local municipal regulations and may vary.

🚫 Minors

Minors are not allowed in shared dormitories.

They are only allowed in private rooms if accompanied by a parent, legal guardian or authorized adult, and only upon prior communication with the property.

🛏️ Dormitories and Bed Rules

Female dormitories are reserved exclusively for female guests.

The property reserves the right to refuse accommodation without refund in case of incorrect bookings.

• Changing beds without prior authorization is not allowed and may result in a charge equivalent to the first night.
• Bed linen is included in all bookings.
• Towels are not included and are available at an additional cost upon request.

Pets are not allowed.
